Aged and Confused
Alex Jimenez has big dreams. He wants to start his own business, advocate for foster youth and adopt his younger sister. But first, he needs to find a home and manage not to flunk out of community college. With ninety days left before he ages out of foster care, Alex has to get it together, or risk going back to the world he’s trying to escape.

Christina Shaman is a journalist and documentary filmmaker from Queens, N.Y. She graduated from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. Before that, she was a multimedia fellow at the Texas Tribune and an editor on a documentary about mass incarceration in Pennsylvania.

Anakha Arikara is a journalist and documentary filmmaker from Bangalore, India. She worked at The Better India, where she was involved in video production, covering a range of stories on women, culture and technology before attending Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism.
