Bad Papers
Synopsis
Bad Papers follows the struggle of two Army Veterans, one combatting Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and the the Department of Veterans Affairs; the other working lobbying Congress to change the U.S. Government's refusal to treat those kicked out of the military and stripped of benefits. He is one of more than 300,000 former troops dealt so-called "bad paper discharges," which stripped their military benefits and access to healthcare.

Thomas Himes
Thomas Himes worked for six years as a staff writer at newspapers in Los Angeles and the backwaters of Florida, where his investigative reports helped end the reign of malfeasant officials and corrupt police. He previously served in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
